摘　　要：交通与土地使用深度融合的发展模式已经成为中国城市高质量发展的关键。回顾了公共交通导向的开发(TOD)模式的起源,论述了TOD的中国内涵,总结了一体化由发展起步、研究推进、工程应用到进入高质量发展新阶段的发展历程。分析了TOD发展模式与未来城市和交通的关系、中国推进TOD发展面临的主要问题与障碍,提出了建立强有力的交通与用地使用一体化开发综合协调体制机制,形成由利益相关方组成的利益共同体、制定合理的利益分配机制等建议。The deep integration of transportation and land use as a development model has emerged as a critical factor in achieving high-quality urban development in China.This paper initially reviews the origins of Transit-Oriented Development(TOD)and examines its unique Chinese connotations,and summarizes the progression of integrated development from the initial stage,the research promotion stage,the rapid advancement stage to the beginning of entering a new stage of high-quality integrated development.Based on this foundation,the paper investigates the interplay between TOD and future urban and transportation landscapes,identifies the primary challenges and impediments to advancing TOD in China,and offers a set of recommendations for bolstering comprehensive efforts to promote TOD development.
