摘 要:城市空间的集中发展有利于提高城市效率,分散发展有利于提高城市的生态质量。以公共交通导向的开发(TOD)模式为指导,在传统的站点处进行高强度开发,可通过层次分明的轨道交通线网系统重构现有城市空间结构,使站点之外的地区实现低密度高质量的生态发展。为实现这一城市空间新结构化过程,从流量规律角度揭示了TOD模式的基本特性,分析了其推动与实现机制,构想了该模式下的城市空间开发策略与生态空间。The centralized development of urban space is beneficial for improving urban efficiency,while decentralized development is beneficial for improving the ecological quality of cities.On the basis of the traditional high-intensity development TOD model at the station,this article reconstructs the existing urban spatial structure through a hierarchical rail transit network system,enabling areas outside the station to achieve low-density and high-quality ecological development.To achieve this new structural process of urban space,this article reveals the basic characteristics of the TOD model from the perspective of flow patterns,analyzes its driving and implementation mechanisms,and proposes urban space development strategies and ecological spaces under this model.
