摘  要:随着我国制造水平的不断提升,汽车、家电等制造业对钢铁材料的需求呈现多品种、小批量、个性化的特点,钢铁企业大规模生产方式与客户个性化需求之间的矛盾更加突出,给生产组织带来了前所未有的挑战。以硅钢冷轧退火工序生产排程为背景,针对钢铁生产排程优化问题,建立了考虑宽度跳跃、退火温度跳跃等多种工艺约束的排程优化模型,结合人工经验知识和插入启发式设计了模型的求解算法。利用实际生产案例对模型和算法进行了验证,实验结果表明,本文的排程方法既符合计划员的经验偏好,又能有效地利用计算机的算力提高排程的优化效果。系统投运6个月的应用效果表明,过渡材料的使用量减少了38.44%,本文提出的排程方法可以显著地降低过渡材料的使用率。With the improvement of China's manufacturing level,the demand for steel materials in the automobile and household appliance manufacturing industries presents the characteristics of multi-variety,small batch and personality.The contradiction between the large-scale production mode of steel plants and the personalized needs of customers is more prominent,which brings an unprecedented challenge to production planning and scheduling.Based on the production scheduling of cold rolling annealing process of silicon steel,a scheduling model considering various process constraints such as width jump and annealing temperature jump was established to address the optimization problem of steel production scheduling.The algorithm for solving the model was designed by combining knowhow and insertion heuristics.The model and algorithm were verified by actual production cases.The experimental results show that the proposed scheduling method not only accords with the experience preference of planners,but also can effectively improve the optimization effect of scheduling plan by using the computing ability of computer.The application effect of the system after 6 months of operation shows that the use of transition materials was reduced by 38.44%,the scheduling method proposed in this paper can significantly reduce the use rate of transition materials.
