摘　　要：中国与东盟建立全面战略伙伴关系以来,中国与东盟各国的合作更加紧密。计量是实现单位统一和量值准确的活动,是科技合作、打破贸易壁垒、保护消费者的基础,了解东盟各国的计量技术有助于推动中国与东盟国家的合作。文章通过介绍马来西亚国家计量院概况及校准与测量能力、标准物质研制水平、国际比对情况,在此基础上,分析马来西亚计量发展状况。以期为计量部门开展对马来西亚计量体系的研究、为促进中国与马来西亚乃至中国-东盟计量合作提供参考依据。Since the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and ASEAN,the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries has become even closer.Metrology is an activity to realize the unity of units and accurate value which is the basis of scientific and technological cooperation,removing trade barriers and protecting consumers.It is helpful to promote the cooperation between China and ASEAN by acquaintance of the metrology capacities of ASEAN countries.The general situation,Calibration and Measurement Capabilities(CMCs),the development of reference materials,international comparisons of National Metrology Institute of Malaysia(NMIM)were introduced in this paper.Hoping to provide reference for the metrology department to carry out the research of Malaysian metrology system and lay a foundation for promoting the metrological cooperation between China and Malaysia,as well as China-ASEAN metrology cooperation.
