摘　　要：在火力发电厂,电子皮带秤作为入炉煤量的关键计量仪表,其量值的准确性和可靠性直接影响到机组的安全经济运行。文章阐述了电子皮带秤的误差来源及检定方法,根据检定过程中的物料试验和模拟载荷试验,提出了多种实施方案,为电子皮带秤的运行中核查和周期性检定提供了参考。介绍了一种新型矩阵式电子皮带秤,对电子皮带秤的发展进行了展望。As the key measuring instrument of coal quantity in furnace,the accuracy and reliability of electronic belt scale directly affect the safe and economic operation of the unit.This paper expounds the error sources and verification methods of electronic belt scale,and puts forward a variety of implementation schemes according to the material test and simulated load test in the verification process,which provides reference for the verification and periodic verification of electronic belt scale.A new type of matrix electronic belt scale is introduced,and the development of electronic belt scale is prospected.
