摘　　要：文章针对工业中气体质量流量计校准装置结构复杂、操作不便、校准周期长和费用高昂等缺点,设计了一款气体质量流量计修正模块。该模块通过采集流量变送器输出的模拟量信号,获取被检表的流量值,然后再由屏幕控制器输入标准流量计测得的流量数值,经线性分段插值的算法进行参数校准,完成对被检流量计的流量校准。文章从软硬件设计层面上,介绍了该模块的整体设计和修正原理,经测试此修正模块能有效改善被检流量计的测量误差,在节约成本的同时提高流量计校准服务的效率。Aiming at the shortcomings of industrial gas mass Flowmeter calibration device,such as complex structure,inconvenient operation,long calibration cycle and high cost,a gas mass Flowmeter correction module is designed in this paper.The module acquires the flow value of the meter by collecting the analog signal output from the flow transmitter,and then inputs the flow value measured by the standard Flowmeter by the screen controller,and calibrates the parameters by the linear piecewise interpolation algorithm.complete the flow calibration of the detected Flowmeter.From the aspect of software and hardware design,this paper introduces the overall design and correction principle of the module.After testing,the correction module can effectively improve the measurement error of the inspected Flowmeter,save the cost and improve the efficiency of the Flowmeter calibration service.
