摘 要:汽车底盘测功机是一种检测汽车动力性、输出功率和尾气排放等性能的室内台架试验设备,通过滚筒模拟路面,计算出道路模拟方程,并用加载装置进行模拟,实现对汽车各工况的模拟。扭力作为底盘测功机的关键参数,直接影响汽车性能试验的准确性,因此需要对底盘测功机扭力进行定期校准。针对目前现有校准方法中加减载砝码操作不便、砝码位置差异导致测量误差等问题,文章设计了一种参考式底盘测功机扭力校准装置。该装置以标准测力传感器为核心,通过钢带与被测底盘测功机滚筒沿切线方向连接,并包含具有提升机构的设备支架。在工作时,提升机构通过标准测力传感器对被测滚筒施加扭力,读取标准测力传感器的示值对底盘测功机的扭力进行校准,避免标定杠杆比率的标称值不精确、标定杠杆的倾斜、滚筒磨损及挂载砝码地繁琐操作及其所引入的误差,提高了校准过程的便利性和校准结果的准确性。The vehicle chassis dynamometer is an indoor bench test equipment for the performance testing of automobile power,output power and exhaust emissions.Based on the road simulation equation,the chassis dynamometer simulates the actual working conditions of the vehicle through the roller and the loading device.Torque force is a key parameter of chassis dynamometer,which directly influences the accuracy of vehicle performance test and needs to be calibrated regularly.Aiming at the problems of inconvenient operation of loading and unloading weights in the current calibration methods,as well as the measurement error caused by the weight position difference,this paper designed a reference torque force calibration apparatus for vehicle chassis dynamometer.Based on standard force sensor,the calibration apparatus includes steel belt with magnetic fixture and support bracket with lifting device.Under working conditions,the lifting device applies torque force to the measured chassis dynamometer through support bracket,and the standard force sensor measures the value of the applied torque force to calibrates the chassis dynamometer,avoiding the errors introduced by the inaccuracy of leverage ratio,the tilt of the calibration lever,the abrasive wear of the drum and the position difference of attaching weights.This work can improve the accuracy of the calibration results,as well as the convenience of the calibration process.
