摘　　要：结合一次10 kV专变用户智能电能表计量电压接入同组电压,造成电压回路错接线,导致计量失准的现场实例,运用计量参数数据,分析智能电能表计量失准的原因,从管理、技术两个方面提出了严密的防范措施,保证电能计量装置运行的安全、准确、可靠。Combined with a 10kV specialized transformer user's intelligent energy meter measuring voltage connected to the same group of voltage,resulting in incorrect wiring of the voltage circuit,this paper analyzes the causes of mismeasurement of smart energy meters by using metering parameter data,and puts forward strict preventive measures from two aspects of management and technology to ensure the safe,accurate and reliable operation of electric energy metering devices.
