摘　　要：与传统车企相比,新能源汽车涂装生产线的规划应合理考虑智能化、生态化、柔性化等因素,同时结合新能源汽车的特殊性选择工艺方案和设备方案。本文通过探讨涂装生产线规划过程,阐述了新能源汽车的涂装车间规划思路和建议方案。Compared with the traditional car companies,the planning of the painting production line of new energy vehicles and car companiessshould reasonably consider factors such as intelligence,ecology and flexibility.Combined with the particularity of new energy vehicles to select process schemes and equipment solutions.The planning process of the painting production line was discussed,and the planning ideas and suggestions for the painting shop of new energy vehicles were expounded.
