摘 要:二氯甲烷是医药行业最常用的溶剂之一,常规的炭纤维等吸附材料对其吸附能力较差,且受湿度影响较大。本研究采用气相沉积的方法对活性炭纤维进行疏水改性,改性后的活性炭纤维比表面积和孔容量有所下降,且随着环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(D5)负载量的增加,对二氯甲烷吸附容量下降。与常规炭纤维材料相似,高湿度条件下,改性活性炭纤维对二氯甲烷吸附容量下降,但吸附选择性可提高153.3%,且在中试实验中,改性活性炭纤维对医药行业不同的VOCs均具有较好的吸附效率,这为医药行业VOCs的吸附材料优化提供了技术支撑。Dichloromethane is one of the most common used solvents in the pharmaceutical industry.The adsorption capacity of dichloromethane on conventional carbon fiber is limited by humidity.In this study,a kind of modified activated carbon fiber was prepared by vapor deposition.Both of specific surface area and gas adsorption capacity were decreased after modification.Besides,the adsorption capacity of dichloromethane was lower with more loaded cyclopentamethylene siloxane(D5).Adsorption capacity of dichloromethane on the modified carbon fiber material decreased,which was consistent with the performance on conventional materials,but improved 153.3 percentage points under high humidity.Furthermore,the modified activated carbon fiber showed good adsorption performance for different VOCs in the pharmaceutical industry in pilot experiment.Thus,this study will provide theoretical support for the optimization of VOCs adsorption materials applied in the pharmaceutical industry.
