摘　　要：利用LabVIEW程序开发环境和STC89C52RC单片机设计开发了温度采集与监控系统。采用单总线DS18B20作为温度传感器,将温度的变化转变为数字信号,由单片机通过串口送入上位机;以LabVIEW作为开发平台,利用VISA调用串口程序读取数据,对采集到的温度数据进行实时处理、显示、存储和报警。该系统有效结合测量技术、计算机技术、监测技术和虚拟仪器技术,完成对设备的高效控制和监测,适用于数字工厂、农业大棚等需要温度监测的场所,具有广阔的应用前景。The temperature acquisition and monitoring system is designed and developed by using LabVIEW program development environment and STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer.The single bus DS18B20 is used as the temperature sensor to convert the temperature change into digital signal which is sent to the upper computer by the single chip computer through the serial port.Takeing LabVIEW as the development platform,it uses VISA to call the serial port program to read data.Then,the collected temperature data are processed,displayed,stored and alarmed in real time.The system effectively combines measurement technology,computer technology,monitoring technology and virtual instrument technology to complete efficient control and monitoring of equipment.It can be applied in digital factories,agricultural greenhouses and other places requiring temperature monitoring,and has broad application prospects.
