摘 要:零碳园区将成为实现碳达峰碳中和的有效载体,对其进行碳排放感知,并进行有效的碳排放管控是其有效实施的关键环节,但现有管理平台存在管理粗放、不精细,碳排放核算及评价不准确,多能利用率不高等问题,其零碳实施效果不明显。提出了一种零碳工业园区的精益化感知及管控平台,阐述了零碳智慧园区的总体建设思路、能源系统结构及其管控平台设计方案。零碳智慧园区碳流分析显示,该管控平台具有良好的碳排放监控、监督评价及多能优化调度等功能,对降低整个园区的能耗水平起到至关重要的作用,也为零碳工业园区计划实施和双碳目标实现提供可借鉴技术支撑。A zero carbon park will become an effective carrier for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Carbon emission perception and effective carbon emission control are the key links for its effective implementation.However,existing management platforms have problems such as extensive and imprecise management,inaccurate carbon emission accounting and evaluation,and low multi-purpose utilization rates.The effectiveness of zero carbon implementation is not significant.A lean perception and control platform for zero carbon industrial parks is proposed.The overall construction concept,energy system structure,and control platform design scheme of zero carbon smart parks are elaborated.The carbon flow analysis of the zero carbon smart park shows that the control platform has good functions such as carbon emission monitoring,supervision and evaluation,and multi-energy optimization scheduling.It plays a crucial role in reducing the energy consumption level of the entire park and also provides reference technical support for the implementation of the zero carbon industrial park plan and the realization of the dual carbon goal.
