摘 要:螺旋管式直流蒸汽发生器具有换热能力强、结构紧凑、热应力小等显著特点,广泛应用于多个领域。沸腾换热过程中,若发生沸腾恶化,将给系统安全运行构成重大影响,且常伴随复杂噪声的产生。本文采用计算流体动力学(CFD)中VOF(Volume of Fluid)多相流模型和声学模型模拟螺旋管内过冷流动沸腾,分析螺旋管内过冷流动沸腾时的气液两相分布规律、流型变化规律和噪声特点。结果发现低质量流量下流型为塞状流、弹状流和波状流,且沸腾噪声主要源于塞状流和弹状流段。Helical coil once-through tube steam generator is characterized of strong heat transfer capacity,compact structure,and small thermal stress,and widely used in many fields.The phenomenon of boiling deterioration during the boiling heat transfer process has remarkable impact on the safe operation of the system,whilst it is often accompanied with the generation of complex noise.In this paper,the VOF(Volume of Fluid)multiphase fow model and acoustic model within computational fuid dynamics(CFD)are used to simulate the subcooled flow boiling in the spiral tube,and the gas-liquid two-phase distribution,fow pattern changes,and noise characteristics during the boiling are analyzed.Simulation results show that the fow patterns at low mass fow rate are plug fow,slug flow and wavy fow,and the boiling noise mainly originates from the plug flow and slug flow section.
