摘 要:通过将U型管分液装置安装到平行流冷凝器中开展实验研究,并且进行了实验结果分析。本文研究了进风速度的变化对分液装置分液量的影响,还研究了不同平行流冷凝器的换热能力、压降变化以及单元性能系数的随风速的变化情况。实验结果显示:风速越大,分液装置的分液量越大,分液率越小;在二级分液冷凝器中,二级分液装置的分液量要大于一级分液装置。U型分液装置的设计使得冷凝器的换热能力得到了大幅度提升,此外带有分液装置的冷凝器相较于无分液装置的冷凝器,具有更低的压降以及更高的单元性能系数。The U-type separator was installed in parallel fow condenser for experimental research,and the experimental results were analyzed.In this paper,the infuence of the change of air velocity on the liquid separation capacity of the liquid-vapor separator was studied.The heat transfer capacity,pressure drop and unit coeficient of performance of different parallel fow condensers were also studied.The experimental results showed that the larger the air speed was,the larger the liquid separation volume of the liquid-vapor separator was,and the smaller the liquid separation rate was.The separating volume of the second separator was greater than that of the fist separator in the parallel flow condenser with two U-type separators.U-type separator had greatly improved the heat exchange capacity of the condenser.In addition,the condenser with liquid separator had lower pressure drop and higher unit coefficient of performance than the condenser without liquid-vapor separator.
