摘 要:本文提出了一种具有均匀聚光效果的线性菲涅耳太阳能光伏系统,并阐述了其聚光器的设计方法。对此均匀聚光线性菲涅尔光伏系统进行了设计,并根据设计结果加工出了均匀聚光线性菲涅耳光伏系统实验样机。借助CCD测试方法对实验样机的聚光均匀性和光学效率进行了测量,实验表明太阳能电池表面能够获得均匀性相对较高的会聚光强分布,样机实际光学效率约为0.73。初步的光伏组件I-V特性测试结果表明,电池在38℃条件下时,该聚光光伏系统的光电转换效率为15.8%。This paper proposes a linear Fresnel reflector solar photovoltaic system with uniform solar concentrating effect,and the design method of the concentrator is described.The design of the uniform solar concentrating photovoltaic system is carried out,and an experimental prototype of the photovoltaic system is processed according to the design results.The solar concentration uniformity effect and the optical efficiency of the experimental prototype are measured by using the CCD test method.The results show that the solar cell surface can obtain the concentrated light intensity distribution with relatively high uniformity,and the actual optical efficiency of the prototype is about 0.73.Preliminary I-V characteristic test results of the photovoltaic module show that the photo-electric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic system is 15.8%when the solar cell temperature is 38℃.
