摘 要:本文采用CLSVOF方法对双液滴连续倾斜撞击薄液膜的过程进行了三维数值模拟,分析了撞击过程中界面演变的多种特征,包括一次水花和二次水花的形成、碰撞、融合和伸展,弹坑的形成、扩展和局部失稳。结果表明,界面演变过程中,气体空腔,液嵴和气谷等一些特殊形态特征会出现。此外,文中总结了弹坑在研究时间范围内的轮廓演变特征,定量分析了上游、下游和侧向三个方向上弹坑半径最大值随时间的变化,发现了液体动能在周向方向的分布规律。此研究对于喷雾冷却、冶金冶炼和航空航天等工业生产应用与升级有重要意义。In this paper,the three-dimensional numerical model has been constructed to simulate the process of the dual droplets impacting the liquid film successively and obliquely,and the CLSVOF method is applied to trace the two-phase interface.The interface evolution characteristics during the impacting process are analyzed,including the formation,collision,coalescence,and extension of the primary and secondary crowns,and the emergence,inflation,and local instability of the crater.Result shows that some special morphological features appear during the interface evolution,such as the gas cavity,liquid crest,and air gap.Besides,the evolution characteristics of the crater profile are summarized within the specified time range of this study.The variation of the maximum crater radiuses with time in upstream,downstream,and lateral directions is analyzed.The distribution feature of liquid kinetic energy in the circumferential direction is elucidated.This study is of great significance to spray cooling,metallurgy,aerospace,and other industrial applications.
