摘 要:固液相变储热过程中,未相变的固态储热材料可能在密度差作用下向已相变的液态储热材料作沉降运动,这一沉降运动可能对储热性能产生显著影响。通过对石蜡的相变储热过程进行实验研究,分析了石蜡固液相变过程中的沉降特性,并对比了不同加热功率及不同沉降深度下石蜡中的固液相变沉降现象。研究结果表明,固液相变沉降过程可促进储热过程;在不同储热功率下,固态相变储热材料的沉降起点总具有相近的储热量;固态相变储热材料在沉降过程中保持了恒定沉降速度;其沉降过程通常终止于固态相变储热材料沉降至储热装置底部,或储热材料沉降过程与熔化过程达到平衡。In the process of phase change heat storage process,the solid heat storage material without phase change would settle towards the liquid heat storage material which had melted by the infuence of density diference,which may have a significant impact on the thermal storage performance.Through experimental study of paraffin heat storage process,the density settling process of paraffin was analyzed,and the phenomena of the paraffin phase change and settling process in different heating power and different sinking depths were compared.The results show that the density difference settling process of paraffin could promote the heat storage process,the settling process would begin with the heat process arriving a similar heat storage capacity for different heating power;the solid paraffin maintained a constant settling velocity,and the solid paraffin settling process would end with the solid phase change material arriving at the container bottom or get a balance with its melting process.
