摘 要:为研究钢骨-异形钢管混凝土短柱轴压性能,对9个内置T形钢骨的T形钢管混凝土短柱和3个未配置钢骨的T形钢管混凝土短柱进行了轴压试验研究,考察了试件破坏模式,分析了荷载-钢管应变、荷载-钢骨应变、荷载-平均纵向应变等相关曲线的变化过程,探讨了含钢率、套箍指数和配骨率等参数对试件承载力的影响。结果表明:所有试件在轴心受压下的破坏模式均为局部屈曲破坏;在保持其他因素不变的情况下,随着配骨率由0增加到39.1%、58.6%和69.9%,试件极限承载力分别提高了42.9%、56.5%和67.2%;随着套箍指数的增长率由24.5%增加到62.8%,试件极限承载能力分别提高了5.4%和11.1%,但随着钢骨和钢管厚度的增加,其对试件极限承载能力的增强效果逐渐减弱。基于试验研究和参数分析,提出了内置T形钢骨-T形钢管混凝土短柱极限承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。To study the axial compression performance of special-shaped concrete flled steel tube(CFST)short columns with inner steel,nine T-shaped CFST short columns with inner T-shaped steel and three T-shaped CFST short columns without inner T-shaped steel were tested under axial compression.The failure modes of the specimens were investigated.Besides,the changes of load-strain curves of tube steel,load-strain curves of reinforcing steel,loadaverage longitudinal strain curves were analyzed.Moreover,the effects of parameters such as steel ratio,steel tube confinement index and built-in steel ratio on the bearing capacity of the specimens were also discussed.The results show that the failure mode of all specimens under axial compression is locally buckling failure.While keeping other factors constant,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens increased by 42.9%,56.5%and 67.2%respectively with the increase of the built-in steel ratio from O to 39.1%,58.6%and 69.9%.As the growth rate of the steel tube confinement index increases from 24.5%to 62.8%,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens respectively increases by 5.4%and 11.1%.However,with the increasing thickness of built-in steel and steel tube,the enhancement ability of the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is gradually weakened.Based on the experimental study and parameter analysis,a formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of T-shaped CFST short columns with inner T-shaped steel is proposed.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
