摘  要:为实现圆钢管混凝土截面参数组合的快速初选,从最能反映组合效应的短柱轴压性能出发,探讨了材料强度组合的匹配条件,且在该组合建议范围下研究了短柱轴压极限承载力和剩余承载力系数的计算方法,继而对相同极限承载力和剩余承载力系数的截面参数组合特征值进行了分析。研究表明,从考虑充分发挥套箍作用和有效利用混凝土强度的角度出发,混凝土进入塑性状态的时刻宜晚于钢管进入塑性状态的时刻,且该延后时刻不宜过迟;在材料强度组合匹配的前提下,剔除钢管超薄壁的情况,组合效应系数可仅考虑混凝土强度的影响;根据可利用非弹性变形的强度损失不宜过低和材料强度利用率已达最大值,来划分剩余承载力系数的建议区间;在相同极限承载力和剩余承载力系数的条件下,提高混凝土强度更能减小柱外径和截面自重,提高钢材强度则更能减少钢材用量。In order to rapidly select the sectional parameters of concrete-filled steel tubular members,a discussion on the matching of material strength combinations was conducted,by exploring the axial compression performance of stub columns that best reflects the confinement effect.Then,within the proposed range of this combination,the calculation methods of ultimate bearing capacity and residual bearing capacity coefficient of stub columns subjected to axial load were studied.Simultaneously,the combined characteristics of sectional parameters of the same ultimate bearing capacity and residual bearing capacity coefficient were investigated.The results show that proceeding from the fully playing confinement effect and the effective utilization of concrete strength,concrete should enter plasticity after steel tube and the delay time of that should not too be late.Within this combination limitation of material strengths,and without the case of ultra-thin-walled steel tube,the calculation method of ultimate bearing capacity,which confinement effect only considers the influence of concrete strength,is reasonable.According to the requirement that the strength loss of the available inelastic deformation should not be too low and the maximum utilization in material strength has been reached,the suggestion of the residual bearing capacity coefficient can be proposed.With the same ultimate bearing capacity and residual bearing capacity coefficient,the increase of concrete strength can better reduce outer diameter of the column or section weight and increase of steel strength can better reduce the steel consumption.
