摘  要:设计制作了4个钢-SFRC组合桥面板试件,通过四点弯曲试验测试各试件的破坏模式、刚度、内力分布情况和延性等,研究配筋率、钢纤维体积率以及采用嵌入CFRP筋法加固对负弯矩区钢-SFRC组合桥面板抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:提高配筋率能够提高试件的刚度、开裂荷载和屈服荷载,但对极限荷载的影响较小;提高钢纤维体积率能够抑制裂纹的扩展并使试件的初始刚度提高8.5%左右;采用嵌入CFRP筋法加固能够有效减小截面应变,试件塑性能更充分地发展,加固试件均发生较明显的屈曲破坏,且组合桥面板在屈曲破坏前均能够较好地满足平截面假定,其延性提高了27%以上。Four steel-SFRC composite bridge deck specimens were designed and manufactured.The failure mode,stiffness,internal force distribution and ductility of each specimen were tested by four-point bending test.The effects of reinforcement ratio,volume ratio of steel fiber and reinforcement with embedding CFRP bars on the flexural performance of steel-SFRC composite bridge decks in the negative bending moment region of composite bridge were studied.The results show that the cracking load,yield load and stiffness of the specimens can be improved by increasing the reinforcement ratio,while there is less effect on the ultimate load.The expansion of concrete cracks can be restrained by increasing the volume ratio of steel fiber,thus the initial stiffness can be improved by about 8.5%.With the method of embedding CFRP bars,the strain of section can be reduced effectively and the plasticity of specimens develops more completely,thus the final failure mode of reinforced specimens is that obvious buckling failure.Meanwhile,the strains of composite bridge decks satisfy the assumption of plane section,as well as the ductility of the specimens can be improved by more than 27%.
