摘 要:支撑卸载是大型空间钢结构由施工状态过渡到设计状态的关键环节,卸载方法将直接影响结构的安全及其服役阶段的受力状态。为确定大悬挑体育场钢结构屋盖支撑的合理卸载方案,首先对大悬挑钢结构支撑卸载过程进行了简化分析,确定总体的卸载原则。之后根据体育场钢屋盖结构的受力特性和临时支撑体系布置,选择分区多级循环卸载方法;建立了体育场屋盖钢结构和临时支撑的一体化分析模型进行详细分析,得到了卸载过程中支撑反力、结构变形、结构及支撑杆件应力等数据。数值模拟得到的结构变形与现场实测值基本一致,证明分区多级循环卸载是一种合理的卸载方法,每级先卸载主桁架支撑再卸载次桁架支撑,可有效控制卸载过程中临时支撑反力和结构杆件应力的振荡幅度与峰值。Support unloading is the key step in the transformation of spatial structure from the construction phase to design phase.The unloading method will directly affect the safety of the structure as well as the stress conditions in service stage.In order to determine the reasonable unloading scheme for the steel structure roof support of large cantilevered stadium,firstly,some basic rules of removing temporary supports from steel roof support was presented and discussed;then,according to the structural stress characteristics of the steel structure roof of the stadium and the temporary support system arrangement,the zoning and multistage cyclic unloading method was selected.The integrated analysis model of stadium roof steel structure and temporary supports was established for the detailed analysis,and the data of support reaction,structural deformation,structural and support member stress during unloading process were obtained.The structural deformation obtained from numerical simulation was basically consistent with the field measured value.It is proved that it is a reasonable unloading method to unload the main truss support first and then the secondary truss support at each stage,The oscillation amplitude and peak value of the reaction force of temporary support and the stress of structural members can be effectively controlled during unloading process.
