摘　　要：应急管理事关国家安全和社会稳定。进入新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,不断推进应急管理体系和应急能力现代化。随着不确定、难以预料因素的增多,我们必须坚持在习近平总书记关于应急管理重要论述精神的指引下,统筹推进新时代应急管理高质量发展,取长补短,既要始终如一地坚持党的领导,发挥好我国的制度优势,也要不断提升我国系统治理、协同治理、科学治理、开放治理的水平,谱写好中国式现代化新征程上应急管理高质量发展的新篇章。Emergency management is related to national security and social stability.Since entering the new era,the Par-ty Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has continuously promoted the modernization of emergency management system and emergency response capabilities.As uncertainty and unpredictable factors increase,it is necessary to comprehensively coordinate and promote the high-quality development of emergency management in the new era and learn from each other's strengths,adhering to the guidance of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on emergency manage-ment,so as to not only consistently persist in the leadership of the Party and giving full play to China's institutional strength,but also continuously improve the levels of systematic governance,collaborative governance,scientific governance and open govern-ance,and write a new chapter of high-quality development of emergency management on the new journey of the Chinese path to modernization.
