摘  要:目的分析抖音短视频平台关于近视护理科普视频的特征,评价视频内容质量,为护理健康教育决策者提供参考。方法于2022年3月以"近视"为关键词,采用抖音平台默认的"综合检索"对获取的视频进行筛选和基本信息提取。最终纳入165个视频。依据视频作者认证和介绍描述将其分为医务人员、个人或营利组织、新闻或非营利机构3个来源。采用DISCERN对视频可靠性、诊疗信息质量和整体质量进行评分,从近视的定义、症状、危险因素、评估、护理和结局6个方面对视频内容进行评分。结果165个纳入视频的中位时长为60 s;在中位发布时间217 d内,累计获得801854次点赞和130474次分享;视频来源以医务人员为主(48.5%,80/165);视频总评分为(37.1±7.5)分;视频的整体质量评分3.0(2.0,4.0)分,可信性、诊疗信息质量评分分别为(19.4±3.9)、(16.9±4.2)分;不同视频来源的DICERN(可信性、诊疗信息质量、整体质量)评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);视频有关近视的管理(72.7%,120/165)和结局(65.5%,108/165)的内容较多;不同视频来源的内容得分不同,其中新闻或非营利机构视频得分为(5.92±2.51)分,高于医务人员的(4.37±1.64)分和个人或营利组织的(5.02±2.24)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抖音传播信息快,受众广,护理科普潜力大,但近视护理科普视频的质量为中等偏下,涵盖内容有偏向性,未来亟须创作更多优质的近视护理科普视频。Objective To explore the characteristics of myopia nursing science popularization video of TikTok and its content,evaluate the quality of video content,so as to provide reference for nursing health education decision-makers.Methods In March 2022,videos were screened and basic information was captured using the TikTok default"comprehensive retrieval"strategy with"myopia"as the keyword.Finally,165 videos were included.According to the certification and introduction description of the video author,the video was divided into 3 sources,including medical staff,individuals or profit organizations,news or non-profit organizations.The DISCERN instrument was used to rate video credibility,diagnosis and treatment information quality,and overall quality.The video content coverage was rated from 6 aspects,involving definition,symptoms,risk factors,assessment,nursing,and outcome of myopia.Results The median duration of 165 included videos was 60 seconds.Within the median release time of 217 days,a total of 801854 likes and 130474 shares were received.The video source was mainly medical and nursing staff(48.5%,80/165).The total score of DISCERN was(37.1±7.5).The overall quality score of the video was 3.0(2.0,4.0),the credibility and diagnosis and treatment information quality scores were(19.4±3.9)and(16.9±4.2),respectively.The differences in DICERN(credibility,diagnosis and treatment information quality,and overall quality)scores among different video sources were statistically significant(P<0.05).The video content focused on myopia management(72.7%,120/165)and outcomes(65.5%,108/165).The content scores of different video sources varied,with news or non-profit organization videos scoring higher than medical and nursing staff and individuals or profit organizations[(5.92±2.51),(4.37±1.64),(5.02±2.24),respectively],with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions TikTok spreads information quickly,has a wide audience,and has great potential for nursing science popularization.However,the quality of nursing science populariza
