摘　　要：目的探讨基于"互联网+"的医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理模式在青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年10月—2022年9月在新乡市中心医院住院的138例青光眼患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组采用常规院外护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于"互联网+"的医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理。比较两组视觉相关生活质量调查问卷-25(NEI-VFQ-25)得分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分。结果干预后,观察组患者NEI-VFQ-25、PSQI得分均较干预前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且干预后观察组NEI-VFQ-25、PSQI得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于"互联网+"实施医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理可以有效改善青光眼患者视觉相关生活质量,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on"Internet+"in glaucoma patients.Methods From October 2021 to September 2022,138 glaucoma patients admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital were selected as the study subject by convenience sampling.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 69 cases each.The control group adopted routine nursing outside hospital,while the observation group implemented the hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on"Internet+"on the basis of the control group.The scores of the National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25(NEI-VFQ-25)and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the NEI-VFQ-25 and PSQI scores of the observation group patients decreased compared to before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the NEI-VFQ-25 and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusions The implementation of hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on"Internet+"can effectively improve the visual related quality of life of glaucoma patients and improve their sleep quality.
