摘  要:本文采用原位聚合法以氧化石墨烯物理改性密胺树脂为壳材,包覆石蜡制备石蜡@密胺树脂/氧化石墨烯相变微胶囊。石蜡@密胺树脂/氧化石墨烯复合相变微胶囊在保存了石蜡高储能密度的同时有效防止了石蜡泄漏,并且提高了其导热性。当质量分数ω为6%时,导热系数为1.25 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),提高了7.8倍,潜热略有降低,潜热焓值为185.4 J·g^(-1),包覆率为70.4%。将制备的改性微胶囊进行防泄漏测试研究,展现出优异的热稳定性能。In this paper,paraffin@melamine resin/graphene oxide phase change microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization with melamine resin physically modified by graphene oxide as shell material and coated with paraffin.Paraffin@melamine resin/graphene oxide composite phase change microcapsule not only keeps the high storage density of paraffin,but also effectively prevents the leakage of paraffin and improves its thermal conductivity.When the mass fractionωis 6%,the thermal conductivity is 1.25 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),which is increased by 7.8 times,and the latent heat decreases slightly.The latent heat enthalpy is 185.4 J·g^(-1),and the cladding rate is 70.4%.The anti-leakage test of the prepared modified microcapsules showed excellent thermal stability.
