摘 要:针对铁心电抗器的气隙损耗存在计算难的问题,通过仿真进行研究与分析,分解了铁心电抗器气隙损耗。气隙的衍射磁通引起了附加损耗,分别在不锈钢夹板、铝制水冷板及线圈上形成涡流损耗。结合实际的铁心电抗器产品进行测试对比,验证了仿真计算的可行性和准确性,可以为铁心电抗器气隙损耗的计算提供一种可靠准确的计算方法,同时为铁心电抗器的优化设计给出可行建议。In view of the difficulty of calculating the air gap loss of the iron core reactor,the air gap loss of the iron core reactor was decomposed through simulation research and analysis,and the diffractive flux of the air gap caused additional loss,which formed eddy current loss on the stainless steel splint,aluminum water cooling plate and coil respectively,and the test and comparison of the actual iron core reactor products verified the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation calculation,and provided a reliable and accurate calculation method for the calculation of the air gap loss of the iron core reactor.Feasible suggestions are given for the optimal design of iron-core reactors.
