摘  要:TiCN基金属陶瓷具有高硬度、高强度等优点,广泛用于制备切削刀具和耐磨涂层,但是其摩擦系数较高成为限制其进一步推广应用的重要因素。以纳米Ag和BaF_(2)粉作为润滑添加剂,采用放电等离子烧结技术制备TiCN-MoC-Ni-Ag-BaF_(2)新型复合材料,并分析其物相组成、微观结构和摩擦学性能。结果表明:添加纳米Ag粉和BaF_(2)粉末后,材料的硬度和致密性显著提高;在5N、10N和15N测试载荷下,添加润滑剂后材料的摩擦系数均低于未添加润滑剂的样品,磨痕宽度均有所减小,可见材料具有良好的自润滑性能。TiCN ceramics have the advantages of high hardness and high strength,and are widely used in the preparation of cutting tools and wear-resistant coatings.Its high friction coefficient is one of the important factors limiting the further application.TiCN-MoC-Ni-Ag-BaF_(2)composites were prepared by electric discharge plasma sintering with nano-Ag and BaF_(2)powders as lubricating additives.The phase composition,microstructure and tribological properties of TICN-MOC-Ni-Ag-BaF_(2)composites were analyzed.The results showed that the hardness and densification of the materials were significantly improved by adding Ag powder and BaF_(2)powder.Under the test load of 5 N,10 N and 15 N,the friction coefficient of the material after adding lubricant is lower than that of the sample without adding lubricant,and the wear width is reduced,which shows that the material has good self-lubrication performance.
