摘　　要：FKZW-140/2.0型矿用注浆式抽放瓦斯封孔器是抽放煤矿采集环境中的瓦斯气体和对煤层孔洞进行封孔的装置。用注浆泵先将封孔器两端的囊袋注满浆液,待两端囊袋膨胀后,爆破阀破裂并流出浆液封闭中间缝隙,从而实现对煤层孔洞的封孔,同时通过封孔器中的抽放管对瓦斯气体进行抽放。文章阐述封孔器的现状、工作原理和技术参数,并介绍此款封孔器检验方法,发现其中值得改进的地方,即改进原有的爆破阀爆破压强检验的试验方法,利用远程控制技术,使爆破阀爆破压强检验更加安全、环保。The FKZW-140/2.0 type grouting gas drainage sealing device for mining is a device used to extract gas from the collection environment of coal mines and seal coal seam holes.Use a grouting pump to first fill the bags at both ends of the sealing device with slurry.After the bags at both ends expand,the blasting valve ruptures and the slurry flows out to seal the middle gap,thus achieving the sealing of the coal seam hole.Gas is pumped out through the drainage pipe in the sealing device.This article elaborates on the current situation,working principle,and technical parameters of the sealing device,and conducts research on the inspection method of this type of sealing device,with the aim of exploring areas worthy of improvement.The original testing method for bursting pressure inspection of bursting valves has been improved by utilizing remote control technology,making the bursting pressure inspection of bursting valves safer and more environmentally friendly.
