摘  要:管道内检测器线束起到传输电源与信号的作用,相当于检测器的“血管”和“神经”,在整个系统中至关重要。针对管道内检测线束设计缺少系统化方法的问题,介绍一种高效准确的管道内检测器线束设计方法。该方法设计出来的线束可靠性高、外观美观、成本更低,并且便于故障排查及设备维修。同时,该方法显著提高了检测器线束的设计与生产制造效率。The detector harness in the pipeline plays the role of transmitting power and signals,which is equivalent to the“blood vessels”and“nerves”of the detector,and is crucial in the entire system.In view of the lack of systematic method in pipeline detection harness design,an efficient and accurate method for pipeline detection harness design is introduced.The wire harness designed by this method has high reliability,beautiful appearance,lower cost,and is convenient for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.At the same time,this method significantly improves the design and manufacturing efficiency of detector harness.
