摘　　要：桥式起重机作为重要的物料搬运设备,在许多工业领域发挥着关键作用。但是,在日常运行过程中,啃轨问题频繁发生,不仅会导致设备损坏,还可能引发严重的安全事故,影响设备的安全性和工作效率。基于此,深入分析引发啃轨的原因,如结构缺陷、操作不当、维护不足等,并探讨了如何通过有效的检测、诊断和处理方法解决啃轨问题,以确保设备安全高效运行。As an important material handling equipment,the bridge crane plays a key role in many industrial fields.However,in the daily operation process,the problem of rail biting frequently occurs,which will not only lead to equipment damage,but also may cause serious safety accidents,affecting the safety and work efficiency of the equipment.Based on this,this paper analysis of the causes of rail biting in depth,such as structural defects,improper operation,insufficient maintenance,and discussed how to solve the problem of rail biting through effective detection,diagnosis and treatment methods to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
