摘　　要：导轨涂层材料与技术在重型机床导轨制作上获得了应用,与传动工艺相比,注胶工艺一次成型,不需要装配黏接、转加工以及导轨副配研等工序,减少了周转时间,减少了90%的刮研劳动量,可大幅提高生产效率。Guide rail coating materials and technologies have been maturely applied in the production of guide rails for heavy-duty machine tools.Compared with the transmission process,the glue injection process is formed at one time,and there is no need for assembly bonding,transfer processing,guide rail pair matching and other processes,which reduces the turnover time,reduces the amount of scraping and grinding labor by 90%,and can greatly improve the production efficiency.
