摘  要:在动平衡调整中,更换单个或多个上下夹板组件、阻尼器或阻尼器带柄轴承、旋翼弹性轴承时,可能会出现调整变化不符合规律、空中与地面振动数据不一致以及调整难度大等情况。在外场,采用现有手段和方法解决以上问题具有盲目性和复杂性,因此提出一种基于试重法的调整方法,以期针对性进行动平衡调整。In dynamic balance adjustment,when replacing single or multiple upper and lower splint components,dampers or damper bearing with handle,rotor elastic bearing,adjustment changes may be inconsistent with the law,air and ground vibration data are inconsistent,and adjustment is difficult.In the field,it is blind and complicated to solve the above problems by using the existing means and methods,so a adjustment method based on the trial-weight method is proposed to make the balanced adjustment of action.
