摘 要:排查分析某机减速板作动筒叉形接头断裂故障后发现,故障原因有两种:一是作动筒自身安装形式存在侧载;二是在使用过程中,减速板上下舵面受力不平衡,使得减速板承受一定的侧载,导致叉形接头因疲劳强度不足发生疲劳断裂破坏。基于此,通过改进材料、取消内部减重孔以及修改键槽来提高叉形接头的强度,为解决减速板作动筒叉形接头的断裂问题提供有效方案。After investigation and analysis of the fork joint fracture fault of a reducer actuator cylinder,it is found that there are two reasons for the fault:one is the side load of the actuator cylinder itself;second,in the process of use,the force on the upper and lower rudder surfaces of the deceleration plate is not balanced,which makes the deceleration plate bear a certain side load,resulting in fatigue fracture of the fork joint due to insufficient fatigue strength.Based on this,the strength of the fork joint is improved by improving the material,eliminating the internal weight reduction hole and modifying the keyway,and an effective scheme is provided to solve the fracture problem of the fork joint of the gear plate actuator barrel.
