摘　　要：传统的高压线剥线器在高压输电线与电闸和变压器连接时,高压线头的剥离过程中存在剥离精度低、工作效率低及施工人员安全性差的问题。针对这些问题,设计了一种智能全自动电缆绝缘层切削装置,适用于高压输电线现场接线的高智能、自动化剥线器材,该设备能够实现高精度的剥离操作,提高施工效率,并减少施工人员因操作不当而引起的安全风险,同时提高接线的相关要求与技术指标。Traditional high-voltage wire strippers have problems with low stripping accuracy,low work efficiency,and poor safety of construction personnel during the stripping process of high-voltage wire ends when connecting high-voltage transmission lines to switches and transformers.In response to these issues,this article designs an intelligent fully automatic cable insulation layer cutting device,which is a highly intelligent and automated wire stripping equipment suitable for on-site wiring of high-voltage transmission lines.This equipment can achieve high-precision stripping operations,improve construction efficiency,and reduce safety risks caused by improper operation by construction personnel.At the same time,it improves the relevant requirements and technical indicators of wiring.
