配网联络开关自转电功能集中监控技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：随着经济发展和客户对用电需求,不断在调整配电网规模与智能化水平,为了提高供电可靠性,配网线路自转电功能得到广泛应用。目前由于调度员无法对自转电功能软压板进行集中监视遥控,造成自转电联络开关不具备调度端集中监控功能,增加了人力成本,而且操作时也有人身坠落的风险,特殊情况下还会破坏线路的稳定运行。因此需要借鉴变电站内10kV开关重合闸软压板遥控方式,通过对现场DTU进行程序升级、配网自动化主站数据库点表修改,研发配网联络开关自转电功能远方投退技术,通过监控画面对现场开关保护总投入软压板进行远方遥控,达到远方投退自转电功能的效果。With the development of the economy and the demand for electricity from customers,units are constantly adjusting the scale and intelligence level of the distribution network.In order to improve the reliability of power supply,the self transfer function of distribution network lines has been widely Applied.At present,due to the inability of dispatchers to conduct centralized monitoring and remote control on the soft pressing plate of the automatic transmission function,the automatic transmission contact switch does not have the centralized monitoring function at the dispatch end,which increases labor costs.Additionally,there is a risk of personal fall during operation,and in special cases,it can also disrupt the stable operation of the line.Therefore,it is necessary to learn from the remote control method of the 10 kV switch reclosing soft strap in the substation.By upgrading the on-site DTU program and modifying the database point table of the distribution automation main station,the remote switching technology of the distribution network connection switch's automatic power function is developed.The remote control of the on-site switch protection general input soft strap is achieved through the monitoring screen,achieving the effect of remote switching automatic power function.
