摘  要:沉井是井筒状构筑物,通过在井内挖土,依靠自身重力克服井壁摩擦阻力下沉到指定标高位置,通过混凝土封底、浇筑盖板、土方回填等施工工序确保其能够形成地下构筑物进行应用。沉井可应用范围相对较广,不仅可以作为大型桥墩的基坑、污水泵站、消防水池,同时还能作为大型设备基础或人防掩蔽所,整体应用价值相对较高。通过对沉井施工关键技术的深度探讨,明确具体施工工序技术要求,以便更好地完成建设工程中沉井施工任务。以城市中心某项目工程为例,通过对工程基本情况的介绍,对城市中心复杂环境中的沉井施工技术展开深度探讨,旨在优化沉井施工技术,保证城市中心复杂环境中的沉井施工质量。An open caisson is a wellbore-like structure It overcomes the frictional resistance of the well wall by its own gravity and sinks to the designated elevation position by digging soil in the well,and it is ensured that it can form an underground structure for application by construction processes such as concrete bottom sealing,pouring cover plates and earthwork backfilling.The caisson can be applied in a relatively wide range,which can not only be used as a foundation pit for large bridge piers,a sewage pump station and a fire water tank,but also as a foundation for large-scale equipment or a shelter for civil defense,and it has relatively high overall application value.Through the in-depth exploration of key technologies in the construction of open caissons,the technical requirements of specific construction sequence are clarified,in order to better complete the tasks of open caisson construction in construction projects.The article takes a project in the city center as an example,and conducts an in-depth exploration of the construction technology of open caissons in the complex environment of the city center through the introduction of the basic situation of the project,aiming to optimize the construction technology of open caissons and ensure the quality of open caisson construction in the complex environment of the city center.
