摘　　要：互联网的飞速发展,开放获取(Open Access,OA)数字化文献资源已经成为图书馆重要的补充性数字化文献资源类型。对OA数字化文献资源在图书馆文献资源建设中的地位与作用,OA数字化文献资源的优势特点和劣势特点,图书馆OA数字化文献资源建设的原则、方案和方法,图书馆OA数字化文献资源建设的规模与人力资源组织问题,存储设备、存储空间与技术等相关问题进行了探讨。目的是为提高图书馆OA数字化文献资源建设的成效提供参考。With the rapid development of the Internet,OA digital literature resources have become an important supplementary type of digital literature resources in libraries.This article explores the position and role of OA digital literature resources in literature resource construction in libraries,the characteristics of the advantages and disadvantages of OA digital literature resources,the principles,plans and methods of OA digital literature resource construction in libraries,the scale and human resource organization issues of OA digital literature resource construction in libraries,and related issues such as storage equipment,storage space and technology,aiming to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of OA digital literature resource construction in libraries.
