摘 要:电动车控制器的辅助电源可采用半桥LLC谐振变换器,为此基于Saber设计了一款DC/DC降压半桥串联谐振变换器。半桥LLC电路采用UC3863作为控制芯片,计算出变压器匝数比、谐振电感、谐振电容等参数后,通过反馈回路采样输出电压和电流,通过隔离脉冲变压器驱动MOSFET管;DC/DC电路采用半桥串联谐振电路,将蓄电池提供的48 V降压到15 V、5 V两路电压。对电源用Saber进行仿真,最终实现了48 V到15 V、5 V的降压输出。Half-bridge LLC resonant converter can serve as auxiliary power supply of electric vehicle controller.This paper designs a DC/DC step-down half-bridge series resonant converter by using Saber software.The half-bridge LLC circuit uses UC3863 as control chip,calculates transformer turns ratio,resonant inductance,resonant capacitance and other parameters,samples output voltage and current through the feedback loop,and drives the MOSFET tube through isolated pulse transformer.Through the half-bridge series resonant circuit,the 48 V battery DC can be transformed into two voltages of 15 V and 5 V.Simulation analysis on Saber software achieved a step-down output of 48 V to 15 V and 5 V.
