摘 要:在微小型交流伺服驱动器领域,传统低端三电阻采样方法采样质量较差,应用场合受到限制。首先分析了传统方法的局限性,评估了主流的几种改进方法。然后设计了一种基于多点采样的电流重构方案,降低了母线电流振荡对采样结果的影响,与其他方法相比具有采样质量好、抗干扰性能强的优点。最后搭建了一台4 kW的伺服驱动器实验样机,分别应用传统方法与所提方法,对比了重构电流波形及闭环电流波形,验证了所提方法的有效性。In the field of micro AC servo drivers,traditional low-end three-resistor sampling method is inferior in sampling quality and limited in application.This paper first analyzes limitations of traditional methods,and evaluates several mainstream improved methods.In addition,a current reconstruction scheme based on multi-point sampling is designed,which reduces the influence of DC bus current oscillation on sampling results.Compared with other methods,it has the advantages of better sampling quality and stronger anti-interference performance.Finally,a 4 kW servo driver prototype was built.The traditional method and the proposed method were used to compare the reconstructed current waveform and closed-loop current waveform,which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
