摘　　要：针对一起220 kV变电站主变跳闸的事故进行调查分析,通过保护动作情况及故障录波数据分析事故发生过程,结合现场设备检查、现场人员问询,确定该事故为现场作业人员使用万用表对二次电压回路测量时操作不当,引起110 kV I母二次电压异常导致的,并提出了对策。A 220 kV substation main transformer tripping accident was investigated and analyzed,and the accident process was clarified through the analysis of the protection action and the fault recording data.Improper operation during the measurement of the secondary voltage circuit caused the abnormal secondary voltage of the 110 kV I bus.The cause of the accident was analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions for preventing similar accidents were put forward.
