摘 要:针对某350 MW供热机组运行过程中出现了功率低频振荡异常情况,经现场检查、分析发现主要原因是局部转速不等率严重偏小、GV3高调门存在较大空行程致使流量特性偏离正常、PSS未投入等。采取修复GV3高调门及调节参数优化等措施处理后,基本解决了一次调频动作时的功率波动问题。An abnormal low-frequency power oscillation occurred during the operation of a 350 MW heat supply unit.Through on-site inspection and analysis,it was found that the main reasons for power oscillation were the serious decrease of local speed inequality,deviation of flow characteristics induced by the large empty travel of GV3 high regulating valve,and the failure to put PSS into operation;After taking measures such as repairing the GV3 high modulation gate and optimizing the adjustment parameters,power fluctuation problem during primary frequency modulation action was generally solved.
