摘  要:通过COMSOL数值模拟软件,针对杨林坳钨矿充填法采场安全性问题,基于围岩失稳和矿壁失稳判据,分别确定一步骤采场跨度区间和矿壁厚度区间。对比不同采场结构参数无支护情况下围岩的应力、塑性应变以及顶板垂直位移,同时考虑矿山开采的安全经济性能,确定最优采场结构参数。研究结果表明:①结合岩体的抗拉、抗压强度,确定一步骤采场跨度安全区间为13~18m;②结合等效应力场、塑性区、位移场等对比分析,确定一步骤采场最优跨度为13m;③矿壁厚度为4.5m时可保证现场施工的安全性。Through COMSOL numerical simulation software,aiming at the safety problem of filling method stope in Yanglin′ao tungsten mine,based on the criterion of surrounding rock instability and mine wall instability,the first-step stope span interval and mine wall thickness interval are determined respectively.The stress,plastic strain and vertical displacement of surrounding rock under different stope structure parameters without support are compared.Considering the safety and economic performance of mining,the optimal stope structure parameters are determined.The results show that:Combined with the tensile and compressive strength of rock mass,the safety interval of first-step stope span is determined to be 13~18 m.Combined with the comparative analysis of equivalent stress field,plastic zone and displacement field,the optimal span of first-step stope is determined to be 13 m.When the thickness of the mine wall is 4.5 m,the safety of the site construction can be guaranteed.
