摘 要:在旋流器对颗粒物料进行粗细分级时,短路流加剧了溢流跑粗现象,降低了旋流器的分离精度。为解决上述问题,设计了一种带有自旋叶轮结构的旋流器,依靠内旋流推动叶轮旋转,减少短路流量,强化旋流分离过程。为了论证设计思路的正确性,进行了数值模拟与物理试验,系统考察了内旋自转旋流器的流场特性及分离性能。结果表明,与常规旋流器相比,内旋自转旋流器的空气柱直径减小,叶轮下部区域减小更加明显,旋流器的有效分离空间增大;内旋自转旋流器切向速度增大,离心力场增强,轴向速度降低,颗粒分离停留时间延长,流场特性均向着强化分离过程的方向改善;内旋自转旋流器短路流流量减少,溢流产品-30μm含量提高了4.92个百分点,以-30μm计的综合分级效率高3.21个百分点。因此,内旋自转旋流器的溢流细颗粒回收率更高,溢流跑粗现象得到改善,旋流器分离性能得到提高。When the cyclone classifies the particle material,the short-circuit flow aggravates the overflow running roughness phenomenon and reduces the separation accuracy of the cyclone.In order to solve the above problems,a cyclone with a spin impeller structure is designed,which relies on the internal swirl to promote the rotation of the impeller,reduce the short-circuit flow,and strengthen the swirl separation process.In order to demonstrate the correctness of the design idea,numerical simulation and physical experiments were carried out to systematically investigate the flow field characteristics and separation performance of the internal rotating cyclone.The results show that compared with the conventional swirler,the air column diameter of the internal rotation self-rotating swirler decreases,the lower part of the impeller decreases more obviously,and the effective separation space of the swirler increases.The tangential velocity of the internal swirler increases,the centrifugal force field increases,the axial velocity decreases,the particle separation residence time is prolonged,and the flow field characteristics are improved in the direction of strengthening the separation process.The short-circuit flow rate of the internal rotary self-rotating cyclone is reduced,the content of the overflow product-30μm is increased by 4.92 percentage points,and the comprehensive classification efficiency of-30μm is increased by 3.21 percentage points.Therefore,the recovery rate of fine particles in the overflow of the inner-rotating self-rotating cyclone is higher,the overflow running roughness phenomenon is improved,and the separation performance of the cyclone is improved.
