摘 要:为查清六家煤矿综放工作面采空区自然发火危险区域分布,以便采取针对性的防灭火措施,通过在采空区铺设束管实测了回采过程中采空区气体及温度变化规律,以氧浓度结合温度作为标准划分采空区“三带”范围。基于流体力学、传热学和空气动力学开展了数值模拟计算,以漏风风速为指标对“三带”范围进行了划分,模拟与实测结果相结合,最终得出优化后的采空区进、回风侧及工作面中部自然发火危险区域。研究结果表明:实测数据波动范围较大,说明采空区散热带、氧化带及窒息带之间的分界线不是固定的;模拟结果可以对无法实测的区域进行补充,以全面地指导自然发火煤层火灾防治工作。In order to find out the distribution of spontaneous combustion dangerous areas in goaf of fully mechanized caving face in Liujia Coal Mine,so as to take targeted fire prevention and extinguishing measures,the variation law of gas and temperature in goaf during mining was measured by laying beam pipes in goaf,and the three zones of goaf were divided by oxygen concentration combined with temperature as the standard.Based on fluid mechanics,heat transfer and aerodynamics,the numerical simulation calculation was carried out,and the three zones were divided with the air leakage wind speed as the index.The combination of simulation and measured results finally obtained the optimized goaf inlet and return air sides and the spontaneous combustion danger area in the middle of the working face.The results show that the fluctuation range of the measured data is large,which indicates that the boundary between the heat dissipation zone,the oxidation zone and the asphyxiation zone in the goaf is not fixed.The simulation results can supplement the areas that cannot be measured to comprehensively guide the fire prevention and control of spontaneous combustion coal seams.
