和睦山铁矿冒顶事故时空规律及预防措施

摘  要:和睦山铁矿正处于残采期,各中段已经回采至近顶柱位置,矿山面临安全技术与管理上的困难。通过对比分析历年冒顶事故发生规律,发现距离顶柱越近,冒顶事故发生的几率越大;2021年冒顶事故发生率由2020年的0.58起/万t,大幅提高至1.35起/万t。随着未来矿岩稳固性逐渐变差,事故发生的频率将不断提高,建议采用进路规格更小的普通进路充填法和光面爆破技术、留设或增设更厚的中段顶柱、减少进路巷道暴露的时间、加强作业规范管理等多种预防措施,来确保回采工作安全平稳进行。Hemushan Iron Mine is in the residual mining period,and each middle section has been mined to the position near the top column.The mine faces difficulties in safety technology and management.By comparing and analyzing the law of roof fall accidents over the years,it is found that the closer the distance from the top column,the greater the probability of roof fall accidents.In 2021,the incidence of roof fall accidents increased from 0.58/10,000 t in 2020 to 1.35/10,000 t.With the gradual deterioration of rock stability in the future,the frequency of accidents will continue to increase.It is recommended to adopt a variety of preventive measures such as ordinary approach filling method with smaller approach specificationsand smooth blasting technology,retaining or adding thicker middle pillar,reducing the exposure time of approach roadway,and strengthening the management of operation specifications to ensure the safe and stable operation of mining work.
