摘 要:马鞍山白象山选厂的矿石密度较大,软硬分布不均匀,总体韧性较大,现场一段磨矿经济技术指标不理想。为改善一段磨矿效果,从磨矿介质参数优化角度开展了试验研究,实验室试验推荐的一段磨机初装ϕ60、ϕ50、ϕ40、ϕ30mm钢球级配为20∶30∶15∶35,补加球(ϕ60、ϕ50、ϕ40mm)级配为50∶15∶35,最佳充填率为38%;现场一段磨矿介质优化后磨机利用系数提高42.76%,易选级别产率提高4.54个百分点,单位钢耗降低42.77%,单位电耗下降6.66%,节能、降耗、提质效果明显。The ore density of Baixiangshan concentrator in Maanshan is large,the soft and hard distribution is uneven,the overall toughness is large,and the economic and technical indicators of primary grinding in the field are not ideal.In order to improve the effect of primary grinding,the experimental study was carried out from the angle of grinding medium parameter optimization.The gradation ofϕ60,ϕ50,ϕ40 andϕ30 mm steel balls in the primary mill recommended by the laboratory test is 20∶30∶15∶35,and the gradation of supplementary balls(ϕ60,ϕ50 andϕ40 mm)is 50∶15∶35,and the optimum filling rate is 38%.After the optimization of the primary grinding medium,the utilization coefficient of the mill is increased by 42.76%,the yield of the easy-to-select grade is increased by 4.54 percentage points,the unit steel consumption is reduced by 42.77%,and the unit power consumption is reduced by 6.66%.The effect of energy saving,consumption reduction and quality improvement is obvious.
