摘 要:应冬瓜山铜矿地表充填系统对充填矿浆浓度的控制要求,冬瓜山铜矿采用以Na-22为辐射源的放射性同位素检测仪表对浓度进行检测。出于对安全生产和环保的考虑,在稳定运行一段时间之后,对其进行取样分析研究。结果表明,在满足生产工艺要求的前提下,Na-22浓度计具有测量精度高、运行稳定、安全性高、易维护等优点,在生产和环保方面取得了重大成效。In response to the control requirements of the surface filling system of Dongguashan Copper Mine on the concentration of the filling slurry,the Dongguashan Copper Mine uses a radioactive isotope detector with Na-22 as the radiation source to detect the concentration.For the sake of safety in production and environmental protection,after a period of stable operation,sampling and analysis were carried out.The results show that under the premise of meeting the requirements of the production process,the Na-22 concentration meter has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,stable operation,high safety,and easy maintenance,and has achieved significant results in production and environmental protection.
