摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式在血液净化专科护士动静脉内瘘物理检查能力培训中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9月至2022年12月在我院肾脏内科学习的70名血液净化专科护士,随机分为试验组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),分别采用BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式和传统教学模式进行动静脉内瘘物理检查能力培训,培训结束后统一进行理论考试与操作技能考核,并通过问卷调查了解其批判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果试验组理论考试与操作技能考核成绩、教学满意度均优于对照组,批判性思维能力整体优于对照组,但仅分析能力和自信心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义。结论BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式有利于提高血液净化专科护士动静脉内瘘物理检查能力,且护士对该教学模式接受度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model in the physical test ability training of arteriovenous fistula for blood purification specialty nurses.Methods 70 blood purification specialty nurses who studied in the Department of Nephrology at our hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=35)and a control group(n=35).They were trained on the physical test ability of arteriovenous fistula with BOPPS combined with CBL teaching model and traditional teaching model respectively.After the training,theoretical and operational skills assessments were conducted uniformly,and their critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction were investigated through a questionnaire survey.Results The experimental group achieved better results in theoretical and operational skills assessments,as well as teaching satisfaction compared to the control group.The overall critical thinking ability was better than the control group,but only the scores of analytical ability and self-confidence were statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of BOPPPS and CBL teaching model is beneficial for improving the physical test ability of blood purification specialized nurses for arteriovenous fistula,and nurses have a high acceptance of this teaching model.
