摘  要:本文采用石灰乳中和沉淀法从氯化液中回收锌,获得较好的效果。试验结果表明,在Ca(OH)_(2)乳液浓度20%、搅拌时间3 h,终点pH=10的条件下,小型试验中锌渣的锌、铅含量分别为58.24%、9.18%,沉锌率、沉铅率分别为93.23%、94.15%;中间试验中锌渣的锌、铅含量分别为58.76%、9.26%,沉锌率、沉铅率分别为93.15%、94.18%。结果显示,锌、铅回收率分别超过93%、94%,且指标重复性好,为下一步应用于工业实践提供数据支撑。This paper uses lime milk neutralization precipitation method to recover zinc from chloride solution,achieving good results.The experiment results show that under the condition of 20%Ca(OH)_(2)lotion concentration,3 h stirring time and pH=10 at the end point,the zinc and lead contents of zinc slag in the small test are 58.24%and 9.18%respectively,and the zinc and lead deposition rates are 93.23%and 94.15%respectively;in the intermediate experiment,the zinc and lead contents of zinc slag are 58.76%and 9.26%,respectively,and the zinc and lead deposition rates are 93.15%and 94.18%,respectively.The results show that the recovery rates of zinc and lead exceed 93%and 94%respectively,and the indicators have good repeatability,providing data support for the next step of application in industrial practice.
