摘  要:回收产品品质和回收价格是决定产品再流通性的主要因素。废旧电器电子产品可回收性评价定位于回收产品的品质鉴定和价格评估。基于成新率且面向回收现场的废旧电器电子产品可回收性评价方法包括两部分,一是基于部件鉴定法的废旧电器电子产品品质鉴定,二是基于市场比较法的回收价格评估。本文采用该方法,依据成新率范围划分产品品质等级,确定产品去向,并通过实例分析验证方法的有效性,使资源得到最大化利用。The recycled product quality and recycling price are the main factors determining their resale ability.The recyclability evaluation of waste electrical and electronic products is positioned in the quality appraisal and price evaluation of recycled products.The recyclability evaluation method for waste electrical and electronic products based on the newness rate and oriented towards the recycling site includes two parts,one is the quality appraisal of waste electrical and electronic products based on component identification method,and the other is the recycling price evaluation based on market comparison method.This paper adopts this method to classify product quality levels based on the range of newness rate,determine product destinations,and verify the effectiveness of the method through case analysis,so as to maximize the utilization of resources.
